The oceanfront balcony has been replaced with beautiful tile.  There are 2 storage closets on the balcony for storage. 
There is a beautiful tennis court, shuffleboard and 2 pickle ball courts.  2 pools, one is heated, one is not; and a hot tub.  Tradewinds has a full-time manager of 16 years, a housekeeper of 13 years and a maintenance man.  The fitness center is above the clubhouse. There is a cage under the tennis court to store paddle boards, surfboards, or other like items.  Under the clubhouse provides covered parking for owners only, as well as a storage cage for bikes.  The property is gated.
